The short version
Big Top Tilt does not collect, store, or share any personal information. It has no account system, no analytics and no ads. The optional tip jar is handled entirely by Apple or Google. If you choose to sign in, your scores can also be submitted to a global leaderboard (Apple Game Center / Google Play Games). This is entirely opt-in. Apart from that, the app makes no network connections, and everything it remembers stays on your device.
Data stored on your device
The app stores only the following data locally on your device, never transmitted to us or anyone else:
Best score Music on / off setting Sound effects on / off setting Whether the tutorial has been offered End date of any ad-free period from a tip Whether you signed in to, or declined, the leaderboard
This data is saved using your device's standard local storage and can be cleared at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
Motion sensor
You steer the seesaw by tilting your device, so the app reads the accelerometer while you play. These readings are used only in the moment to move the seesaw. They are never recorded, saved, or sent anywhere.
Leaderboard
Big Top Tilt optionally integrates with Apple Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games Services (Android) to show a global leaderboard. If you sign in, your scores and your platform player identifier (Game Center alias or Google Play player ID) are sent to and stored by Apple or Google respectively.
This feature is opt-in. Nothing is submitted unless you sign in, either from the Leaderboard link or when the app offers it after a good score. Choosing "No thanks" turns the offer off. To stop submitting scores after signing in, disconnect Big Top Tilt from Game Center or Google Play Games in your device's settings.

In-app purchases
Big Top Tilt offers optional in-app purchases (a tip jar to support development). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. Purchase receipts are verified through the platform's own systems.

Third-party services
The app uses no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporters, or tracking libraries. The only network activity is the optional tip jar and leaderboard, described above. Google Play may also collect its own data when you download or update the app, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Children
Big Top Tilt is suitable for all ages. The app collects no personal data and shows no ads, so children can play without any data being gathered about them. Tips are subject to the parental controls of the App Store or Google Play. The optional leaderboard requires a Game Center or Google Play Games account, which has its own age requirements and parental controls set by Apple and Google.

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. The date below will reflect when it was last revised.
