The short version
RGB Invaders does not collect, store, or share any personal information itself. It has no account system and no analytics. It is supported by occasional ads served by Google AdMob, which are requested in a child-directed, non-personalized mode. The optional tip jar is handled entirely by Apple or Google. If you choose to sign in, your scores can also be submitted to a global leaderboard (Apple Game Center / Google Play Games). This is entirely opt-in.
Data we collect
The app stores only the following data locally on your device, never transmitted to us:
Sound on / off setting Number of games played End date of any ad-free period from a tip Whether you signed in to, or declined, the leaderboard
This data is saved using your device's standard local storage and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the app. Your score and best score are kept in memory only and are not saved.
Advertising
RGB Invaders shows an occasional full-screen ad between games, served by Google AdMob. Every ad request is tagged as child-directed and limited to content rated suitable for general audiences, so ads are not personalized based on your interests or behaviour.
To deliver ads and prevent fraud, the AdMob SDK may process limited technical data such as your IP address, device type, operating system version and ad-interaction events. This data goes directly to Google; we do not receive, store, or process it ourselves. For details, see: How Google uses data from apps that use its services · Google Privacy Policy
Leaderboard
RGB Invaders optionally integrates with Apple Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games Services (Android) to show a global leaderboard. If you sign in, your scores and your platform player identifier (Game Center alias or Google Play player ID) are sent to and stored by Apple or Google respectively.
This feature is opt-in. Nothing is submitted unless you sign in, either from the Leaderboard link or when the app offers it after a good score. Choosing "No thanks" turns the offer off. To stop submitting scores after signing in, disconnect RGB Invaders from Game Center or Google Play Games in your device's settings.
We do not receive, store, or process any of this data ourselves. It is handled entirely by the platform. For details, see: Apple Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy
In-app purchases
RGB Invaders offers optional in-app purchases (a tip jar to support development). Each tip also turns off ads on that device for a period of time. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. Purchase receipts are verified through the platform's own systems.
For information on how Apple and Google handle payment data, see their respective privacy policies: Apple Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy
Third-party services
Apart from Google AdMob, the app uses no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporters, or tracking libraries. The only network activity is loading ads, the in-app purchase flow and the optional leaderboard, all described above.
Children
RGB Invaders is suitable for all ages. We collect no personal data ourselves. All ad requests are marked as child-directed and restricted to general-audience content, which tells Google to disable personalized advertising and to limit data collection in line with children's privacy rules such as COPPA and GDPR. In-app purchases are subject to the parental controls of the App Store or Google Play. The optional leaderboard requires a Game Center or Google Play Games account, which has its own age requirements and parental controls set by Apple and Google.
