The short version
Rigobert Says does not collect, store, or share any personal information on its own. It has no ads, no analytics, and no account system. Optionally, if you choose to participate, your scores may be submitted to platform leaderboards (Apple Game Center / Google Play Games) — this is entirely opt-in and can be turned off at any time inside the app.
Data we collect
The app stores only the following data locally on your device, never transmitted to us:
Your personal high scores, per difficulty mode Number of rounds played Leaderboard opt-in preference
This data is saved using your device's standard local storage and can be cleared at any time by uninstalling the app.
Leaderboards
Rigobert Says optionally integrates with Apple Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games Services (Android) to display global leaderboards. If you participate, your score and your platform player identifier (Game Center alias or Google Play player ID) are transmitted to and stored by Apple or Google respectively.
This feature is opt-in. You can disable leaderboard submission at any time in the app's settings. You can also disconnect the app from Game Center or Google Play Games entirely through your device's system settings.
We do not receive, store, or process any of this data ourselves — it is handled exclusively by the platform. For details, see: Apple Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy
In-app purchases
Rigobert Says offers an optional in-app purchase (a tip jar to support development) processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. Purchase receipts are verified through the platform's own systems.
For information on how Apple and Google handle payment data, see their respective privacy policies: Apple Privacy Policy · Google Privacy Policy
Third-party services
The app uses no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash reporters, or tracking libraries. The only network activity is the optional leaderboard integration and in-app purchase flow, both handled entirely by the platform (Apple / Google) as described above.
Children
Rigobert Says is suitable for all ages. We collect no personal data ourselves. The optional leaderboard feature requires a platform account (Game Center or Google Play Games), which has its own age requirements set by Apple and Google. Children's use of those platform services is governed by the respective platform's parental controls and privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. The date below will reflect when it was last revised.
